Knowledge :-

• Good knowledge of Networking, Operating systems, Server Technology, Hardware storage & System Securities

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Installing and configuring Backups & restores as per the client Requirement
• Troubleshooting Backup/Restore and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Supporting the roll-out of new updates & hotfixes
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Working continuously on a task until completion
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
