Associate will handle network related issues across the globe
International client for Technical support process

Strong communication skill and technical expertize
Should have worked for International business
Minimum of 6 months and above call taking experience is required
Detailed knowledge on software, hardware and networking of conputers
Should be flexible in shifts
5 days of working and 2 days of rotational shift
Any graduate
Certification on CCNA or network related course also considered.
Any domain experience in BPO/ Non BPO
Transport will be given
Candidate with minimum of 1 month notice period can also apply
