Experience in Installation of Biometric Hardware and Application
Troubleshooting of Biometric and Access Control Devices
Basic Networking,entering IP information in devices
Maintaining good relation with customers and channel partners
Diagnose and solve software and hardware issues
Providing technical assistance to clients and partners
Maintaining necessary documents for customer interactions
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Excellent troubleshooting skills,
Passion for problem solving,
Ability to solve technical issues,
Presenting technical information,
Knowledge of Software,database and OS
Good verbal and written communication skills
