•  Trouble shooting
• Should have knowledge on new installation 
• OS Installation/ Trouble shooting of client OS (Windows XP/7/8)
• Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking parts
• Assembling / integration of computer parts
• Configuration of OS/Networking Printer
• Installation and configuration of Antivirus
• Outlook configuration
• Have basic knowledge on switching and routing and Wifi configuration
