- Installation of Client Operating Systems Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8
- Configuring Email Clients MS Outlook 2007 and 2010
- Installing and update Antivirus
- Troubleshooting on Various Desktop related problems
- Configuring standalone and network printers
- Troubleshooting LAN issues, coordinating with Internet service providers for Internet related issues
- Coordinated with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty related issues
- Experienced in remote support tools Team viewer, Remote Desktop Connection.
