1. Knowledge on contact
center technology with hands - on experience in any platform (Avaya, CISCO,
Genesys)
2. Good experience in
trouble shooting, change & incident management
3. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills4. Ready to work on 24*7 rotational shifts5. ITIL
certification will be an added advantageLook for pan india profiles, who are
ready to relocate to Hyderabad. Please note there would be an final client interview
