Job Description:
Responsibilities
Desktop Support, providing end to end support in Operating System installations, upgrade, support and troubleshooting Enterprise applications plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities:
1. Single point of contact for end user to receive support and maintenance for computers and network system
2. Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime
3. Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
4. Coordinate and Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems
5. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
6. Installation and deployment of desktops (Windows 7, 8, Windows 10)
7. Installation and configuring of Antivirus and troubleshooting of MS Office products.
8. Basic troubleshooting and ticket resolution and support of existing state Desk side staff
9. Configuration & installation of approved Applications.
10. Capture all incidents in the ticketing tool on time and achieve 99% SLA's
11. Follow-up and Escalate (Internal / External) desktop related issues.
12. Should have good Communication Skills and Customer Oriented approach.
Technical Skills
1. Hardware and Network troubleshooting
2. LAN Networking (Client side), Client side Mail system (MS Outlook), MS Office and other Industry standard applications Operating Systems Windows / Linux (Optional),
3. MS Windows, MS Office suite
4. Browsers based apps, Client VPN
5. Should have basic knowledges on AD, DHCP, DNS, NETWORKING
