Operating System and Office Automation applications (MS office/Acrobat/
Antivirus) troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of L1 networking
and MS-Outlook mailing
Experience in deploy
computers, laptops using deployment tools
Exposure to VLAN management
Responsibilities:
Provide IT assistance to
include basic application support and software installation
Address user tickets
regarding hardware & Software
Resolve issues to the next
level of support personnel
Troubleshoot problems with
laptop hardware, application, printer and OS
