Responsibilities:
Network (LAN/Wireless)
Device Installation & Troubleshooting
Knowledge
on installing OS's like (Win7,8,8.1,10, Win Server 2012/16 Linux)
Knowledge
on network related issues
Troubleshooting Network Problems,
building net configurations.
Testing
systems to make sure that they are working properly.
Providing
technical support on site or over the phone or emails.
Troubleshooting
different computer issues related to hardware, software or networking.
Maintaining
& Repairing the Computers
Installing
Software and Hardware.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Daily
Reporting to the Senior Reporting Authority
Installation
and configuration of end IT equipment
Visiting
Sites daily basis
Support:
service of existing system
Customer
handling and their satisfaction
Business
sense and high negotiation skills
The
ability to work in a team
Good
written and spoken communication skills
Creative
flair
The
ability to cope with the work pressure
Having
working knowledge of security systems (i.e. CCTV, Access Control),
will be an added advantage
