- Work on customers technical and product related queries through web ticket.
- Meet/Adhere to Contractual Metrics & KRA's.
- Resources performing real-time listening and reactive or pro-active responses.
- Adhere to client's defined processes & procedures and company policies.
- Flexible to work any 24/7 shift especially night shift.
- Strong on computer hardware & software knowledge
- Very strong on communication especially the writing skills
- Should be able to compose large number of emails with 100% accuracy from a process & sentence structure perspective
