Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical assistance as it applies to the operating systems, hardware and infrastructures. The individual is expected to participate in troubleshooting complex technical support issues as part of an energetic, enthusiastic and highly experienced/ motivated team of professional support engineers. The individual will also be expected to participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and prototyping of new solutions as they pertain to day to day operations.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a cross- functional environment.Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and ability to follow through with open issues until resolved.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes.Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions within high pressured environments.Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and production- related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibility includes basic AD account management; add/ remove group memberships and customer service.Create/ work on Service request, incident, change and problem tickets.Following clear procedures for security and account management, escalating when necessary.Follow- up with customers for ITSM/ HEAT ticket closure and status gathering.Manage Desktop VM infrastructure.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proven knowledge of all aspects of the Windows desktop infrastructure Proven knowledge of Windows Desktop Applications Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly Knowledge in Service Desk/ Windows experience.Demonstrated excellent Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience of working with Financial Organization/ Banks in Global Environment preferred.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS:Active Directory DHC PDNS Desktop Support SCCM Web Ex Basic Networking Microsoft Exchange/ OutlookActiveSync Windows Operating Systems RSA/ VPN TCP/ IPMS Office VMWare Citrix/ Terminal Service ITSM tools (HP Openview, Unicenter, Remedy)WSUSITIL.Apply Now
