Maintains relationship with clients by providing troubleshooting and technical support

Responsibilities
Provides troubleshooting and technical support to end- users via phone, web based tools and email.
Assists the customer base during installations and advises customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues.
Participates and assists in product launch events, business promotion events and other promo events.
Performs problem analysis and resolution of software problems for all end- users
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Must- have Skills
