Job Description:
- Gather and analyse clients requirement for ERP
- Manage end to end implementation of all the modules of ERP
- Perform timely analysis and resolve all the support requests and/or cascade to the implementation & development team
- Assist in improving the ERP product solutions based on experiences shared by the clients
- Perform manual testing before deployment
- Design prototype using tools like Axure,Pencil etc.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and stakeholders
- Provide ERP demonstration to the clients
- Provide required training and technical support to the non-technical team basing the procedure to operate the ERP modules
- Update data on software applications
- Handle the integration and configuration of Biometric at client end
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well groomed and presentable
- Good blend of Client facing skills and Technical aptitude
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and meet the deadlines
- Ability to prepare/deliver effective PowerPoint Presentations
- Expert competency in MS Office, especially in Spreadsheet
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server 2008 R2 and higher versions
- A team player who can communicate and coordinate well with other departments involved in the service delivery
- Fair knowledge of School ERP workflows/processes would be an added advantage
- Willing to travel PAN India as per requirement
