Job description
- As a Support Engineer, Your primary role is to function as a Field Engineer and visit various client
- locations to complete assigned tasks, which may include audits, technical support and performing
- recce.
- Whenever there is no field work the candidate will function as a Technical Support Engineer and will
- provide technical resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while
- guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Solutions include, but are not limited to, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues like installation, up-
- gradation, configuring Raspberry Pi/Android devices etc. Support will be provided by clearly
- communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
- Representatives will perform related work as required.
Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:
- Travel to client locations to perform audit, troubleshoot, recce and collect video proofs.
- Deliver service and support to end-users via ticketing system, emails and phone.
- Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the
- symptoms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
- Freshers with positive attitude.
- Fluency in English, Hind is mandatory.
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Active listening skills.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
Work Location: Chandigarh & Ahmedabad
