Job Description:


The candidate is expected to carry the work out such as to:-
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2013 and any desktop applications.
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other equipment.
  • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
  • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.
  • Resolved application related issues.
