Fresher Walk-in Job for US Voice & Non Voice Process in iEnergizer Ltd for any Tech graduates

iEnergizer Ltd announces recruitment for the post of US Voice & Non Voice Process. Applicants should have completed graduation (any discipline) from a recognized University with 0 to 3 years of experience is eligible for this position mentioned below.

Candidate should be able to handling customer queries regarding phones and broadband related services. Should be responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers through chats & emails and manage customer's account including credit adjustment, phone activation, billing and troubleshooting using device user's guide.

Salary is Rs 1.75 - 3.75 Lacs p.a.

This is a walk-in.
