HCL Technologies Limited is announced recruitment for the post of International Voice Process. Applicants must have completed graduation (any discipline) from a recognized university with 0 to 3 years of experience can apply.
Candidate should be able to Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details. Also able to assess and resolve enquiries, requests and escalation from other department to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact.
Must have excellent communication skills with neutral accent mandatory for all Voice LOBs. Should have basic knowledge of back office and customer support is preferred..
Salary is INR 2,50,000 - 4,25,000 P.A. Eligible candidates may report to the interview on 15th December - 17th December 2015 at 10:00 AM.
