Able to make out bound B2B calls following up on outstanding claims / accounts. Also should Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent mandatory for all Voice LOBs. Basic knowledge of back office and customer support is must. Salary is INR 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A. Eligible of the candidates may report to the interview on 23rd December - 27th December from 11:00 AM.
