- Device management, including policy enforcement, remote control, and troubleshooting.
- Application management, distribution, and updates.
- Content management and secure file sharing.
- Security measures, including device encryption, passcode policies, and remote lock/wipe capabilities.
- Reporting and analytics on device usage, compliance, and security.
- Internal query resolution by through different channels.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor degree in Computer Application preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience, freshers can also apply.
- Candidates should be fluent in English, Malayalam and (Hindi or Tamil).
