Job Description:

• Working in 24/7 environment, supporting enterprise customer DataCentre Technologies.
• Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.
• Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.
• Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
• Responsible in meeting resolution SLA.
• Prepare reports - daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
• Follow standard help desk procedures.
• Routing calls / cases to respective teams Skill based routing.
