Job Description:
-Setting up workstations
with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
-Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality. And assets management.
-Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade in-house servers.
-Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
-Ensure network security and connectivity.
-Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
-Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
-Resolve problems reported by the end user.
-Maintain knowledge of computer engineering trends and new technology
