Job Description:
Providing SME / expert level product support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders
Work collaboratively with in-house support teams to evaluate complex customer problems
Analyzing support case trends and customer requirements while working with the Product Teams to help enhance the product.
Identifying root causes and put forward recommendations
Developing Zetas knowledge base, writing guides, and FAQs
Analyzing customer suggestions and recommending product revision
Demonstrating product functionality accurately and completely
Developing training materials and conducting training for new hires
Maintaining documentation for all support activities (including product development and enhancement), customer issues, and resolutions for reference purposes.
Maintain in depth knowledge of our product line.
