Role Objective: 

• Solve the issues related to IT infrastructure
• Have good knowledge on technology
• Backup and Restoration of Data
• Rectifying the issues in the allotted time


Principle Accountablities: 

• Knowledge on Desktops, Servers, Routers
• Co-ordination with vendors and ISP
• Updating the latest skills 
• Minimize the failures in servers, storage, connectivity and networking
• Monitoring the server performance. Proper documentation


Shared Objective: 

• Followup with users on performance and issues if any they have Getting resolved the issues by co-ordinating with vendors Support
• Ensuring the issues given by users are being solved in specific time
• Feedback with users in proper time frame
• Making users comfortable on usage of desktops, printers, networking etc
