HCL Technologies Limited announces recruitment for the post of US Voice Process -AR Caller. Applicants should have completed graduation (any discipline)   from a recognized University with 0 to 4 years of experience can apply.

Candidate will be able to Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details. Must have basic knowledge of back office and customer support is desirable. 

Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent mandatory for all Voice LOBs. Number of posts announced are 15. Salary is INR 2, 00, 000 - 4, 00,000 P.A. Eligible candidates may report to the interview on 12th January - 14th January 2016 from 11:00 AM.

Job description:

Candidate will be able to Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details. Must have basic knowledge of back office and customer support is desirable. 

Job skills:

1. Must have excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent mandatory for all Voice LOBs
2. Basic knowledge of back office and customer support. 
3. Good data entry & typing skills (35 WPM)
4. Experience in Healthcare domain will be an added advantage
