Unisys India Pvt. Ltd has announced recruitment for the post of Senior Technical Support Associate. Applicant must have completed graduation (any discipline) from a recognized University with 1-3 years of working experience in handling calls.

Able to ensure that potential problems to IT service components are analyzed and investigated for their root cause and permanent work around and hence negating the chance of the problem reoccurrence.

Should be responsible for providing the first-line of after-sales telephone technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers and/or employees.

Number of posts announced are 40. Salary is INR 2,75,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Eligible of the candidates may report to the interview on 4th November - 6th November at 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

3. Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in handling calls.
