The Role & Responsibilities
The Intern Accounts is expected to manage and supervise all the finance and accounts functions and ensure proper maintenance of accounting systems of the Company. The individual is expected to manage all activities in the accounts function. Ensures passing accounting entries, timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports. Being an Accounts Analyst reviews applicable accounting entries and reports to ensure accuracy and adhere to statutory compliances as per the companys requirements from time to time. The individual should be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment while managing the team.
Key Role Deliverables
· Managing employees reimbursements
· Accounting of entries in ERP for payroll, reimbursement and Treasury functions
· Handling bank reconciliation for all group
· Working with colleague for managing vendor payments including necessary compliances
· Liaising with internal team for various accounting related activities
· Maintaining data tracker as per requirement and generating reports for further analysis
· Playing a role for automation of process
· Managing various reconciliation as per requirements
Prerequisites
· Extremely strong fundamentals in Accounting
· Excellent multi-tasking skills
· Good written & oral communication skills
· Proactive and entrepreneurial traits; and a willingness to grow and learn on daily basis
· Eye for detail
· Good interpersonal skills
