Job description
Topsoe is undergoing an important transformation, with an ambitious new green strategy to become a global leader within carbon emission reduction. To support this journey, we have upgraded our ERP solution to SAP S/4HANA and have started a thorough E-2-E refinement of all processes across the organization.
You will join our Finance System and Master Data department with 5 dedicated colleagues servicing from India. As a Trainee you will work closely together with the team servicing in different sub processes like Vendor Master Data Creation, Customer Master Data Creation, Cost vendor creation , Profit center creation from here in India.
You will be responsible for supporting the daytoday functioning of Master data Team engaged in the activities of Master data creatin and Maintenance. Also to maintain the data quality via various activities like creation/updating SOPs, Data cleansing etc. You will collaborate with procurement, FSS, IT and will touch on all functional areas
Role & responsibilities
- Supporting the processes in Master Data Creation.
- Supporting the processes in Master Data Maintenance.
- Supporting the processes in Data Verification.
Preferred candidate profile
- Have a relevant financial education, e.g. accounting degree or similar
- Are self-motivated and proactive with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoy working with colleagues and stakeholders in a global environment.
- Are service minded, proactive and solution oriented.
