Job Summary:
As an Associate Software engineer (Fresher), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and managing their deployment and operations. You will work collaboratively
with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, system administrators, and project
managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Good Knowledge of programming/OOPs concepts, algorithms, and data structures.

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using programming languages like Java,
Python. - Good Knowledge of databases like MYSQL, MSSQL, Postgres and MongoDB.

Implement DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and
automated testing. -
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the software application is scalable,
secure, and optimized for performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and best practices for software
development and deployment. -
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, DevOps,
Test automation, RPA and cloud computing. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is beneficial.
- Receive on-the-job training to understand the company's processes, tools, and technologies.
- Work closely with senior developers who can provide feedback and help improve your skills.
- Work on real-world projects to gain practical experience and enhance your skills.
