Roles & responsibilities
- Only for Men, Must be located in Hyderabad ( Around Ameenpur area ). Must have own Bike.
- REAL ESTATE : 0-1 Years experience in Real Estate sales and marketing, responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, targeted toward Sales.
- The Candidate must have his own Bike, Petrol allowance will be provided by the company .
- Attaractive Incentives will be provided based on Targets and Lead closures. Only for Male.

Customer relations, sales, targets, Tele-calling, sales generation, project presentation, communication, information, marketing, promotions, computer knowledge, good performance skills. - He will work closely with the Sales Head, Sales Team, Business Partners, sales Lead to meet sales targets.
- SKILLS REQUIRED:- Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Client Management, Presentation Skills, Performance, Building Relationships, Sales Driven, Sales Planning,
- Understanding the Core values of the company and its goals and functioning of Sales Department.
- Should have very good communication skills and a Pleasant Personality.
- Plan and ensure timely follow-ups for all sales and marketing activities and close sales.
Preferred candidate profile
- Male with any Degree , with min 0-1 yrs of experience.
- Should be well groomed with good communication in English, Hindi, Telugu.
- Willingness to learn and excel in Sales Field. - English Medium with good academic background will be preferred. Should be open to cold calls.
- Meeting customers, Project promotions, explain and generate sales leads. Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability. Male with Degree with 0-1 yrs of experience. sales skills, sales closing, good record, sales promotion.
- Candidate must have his own Bike, Petrol allowance will be provided by the company .
- Attaractive Incentives will be provided based on Targets and Lead closures.

Candidate must be located in Hyderabad and able to travel to any part of the city. - Our Main Office location is in Ameenpur, Chandanagar, Hyderabad.

Candidate need to work from our office as well and Sometimes need to visit project location based on needs. - Every Tuesday will be Holiday. And Saturday, Sunday will be Working days.
- This position is only for Men.
