Job description

 

·   The Associate / Trainee Engineer is responsible for assisting with the customization, testing, and support of ERPNext and Salesforce solutions.

·   This role involves collaborating with the team, documenting technical specifications, and learning to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

·   The engineer will also participate in structured training to build proficiency in these technologies.

·   As an Associate / Trainee engineer, your role involves learning, contributing to projects, and gradually taking on more responsibilities as you gain experience.

 

Skills:

1.       Strong analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills.

2.       Technical Familiarity: Understanding the basics of ERPNext and Salesforce.

3.       Problem-Solving: Developing troubleshooting skills for system issues.

6.       Basic UI Skills: Familiarity with HTML and CSS for minor UI adjustments.

12.   Quality Assurance: Ensure solution quality and seek feedback.
