Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in a structured sales and marketing training program that covers different aspects of the sales and marketing functions.
  • Learn about the company's products or services, target market, and competitive landscape to gain a thorough understanding of the business.Assist the sales and marketing teams in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to identify potential opportunities and target segments.
  • Support lead generation activities through various channels, including cold-calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in customer acquisition, including making sales calls, arranging meetings, and participating in sales presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide support in preparing sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales proposals.
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with mentors and supervisors to seek feedback, receive guidance, and improve sales and marketing techniques.
