Job Description:

• Lead SAS Enterprise Guide Course, a three-day long, formal instructor-led training in the class room for more than 10 students, as well as modularized webinars virtually on Adobe Connect. Some classes maybe in Baltimore location, others may require travel around the US to user sites.
• Able to translate, articulate, simplify and communicate complex business and technical functions to audiences with different level of expertise.
• Creation and development of all training materials: trainer guides, manuals and instructor/participant materials including outlines, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Work directly with users, client, and project team to develop end-user SAS training and reference materials.
• Maintain training class materials inventory
• Support and lead classroom activities, end-to-end. This includes: Preparing for each class by testing access, ensuring training materials are accurate and current, ensure functionality of training environments and class examples to ensure success of hands-on exercises and use-case scenarios. Conduct surveys during and after the class and complete Training Reports for each training class session.
• Conduct webinars for the user community during monthly forums to highlight and/or introduce best practices and functionality, address common pain points and problems.
• Participate in various requirements sessions with internal and external stakeholders and convert business / functional requirements into technical solutions, along with supporting materials such as use cases, designs, flowcharts, models, specifications, and reports.
• Provide technical support to requirements, development, testing, help desk, and training teams, as well as act as a SAS SME. Train, coach and mentor other project and training team members.
• Communicate with project management team efficiently.
