Job Description:
We are hiring for Analyst
position in provisioning team. Job involves working closely with global telecom vendors and customers to
assist in identifying most cost effective solution, ordering new services from
selected vendors and terminating / changing existing services. Maintain and
share order status report with stakeholders and manage system of record for all
orders impacting the telecom inventory.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent English communication skills (writing, speaking and reading).
- Knowledge of languages like French, German, Arabic etc. will be an added advantage.
- Experience in using online order management system.
- Strong MS Office knowledge required
- Confidence and credibility with excellent relationship management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and sound numerical skills
- Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Highly responsive, self-motivated and able to act on own initiative
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality while working under pressure
- Able to learn new tasks quickly with minimum supervision.
