Job Description:
Were looking to hire a
L1 systems engineer, wholl be responsible for carrying out our
cloud operations. As a cloud ops engineer, you'll also be on the first users
team of our product 'apiculus'.
Requirements
- Installation and administration of different Linux Flavours i.e. Ubuntu, Centos, RHEL etc.
- In depth knowledge of concepts like file systems, LVM, IPTables, MySQL, init processes etc.
- Knowledge of any virtualisation technology i.e Xen / KVM / VMware / Citrix / Ovirt / HyperV
- Knowledge of Windows i.e., installation of different Windows server editions and applications.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts OSI & TCP/IP models, IP address, subnetting, VLAN etc.
- Knowledge in bash shell scripting/Python will be an added advantage.
