Candidate should be able to handling inbound calls related to pre/post travel queries from the Customers worldwide and should be assisting customer with making a reservation / modification / cancellation & Flight Information.and providing Excellent Customer Service.
Fluency in English and Hindi is must. Ready to work on 24*7 environment, 6 days working with 1 rotational Weekly Off
