Job openings for fresher in HCL Technologies Limited for the post of International Voice Process. Applicants must have completed graduation (any stream) from a recognized university and need to have 0 to 3 years of experience in (Inbound/Outbound) process.

Able to make out bound B2B calls following up on outstanding claims / accounts. Should be Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details.

Basic knowledge of back office and customer support is a must. Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent mandatory for all Voice LOBs.
