Sri Mahadevi Info Solutions Pvt Limited has announced recruitment for the post of Technical Support Associates (Voice Process). Applicant must have passed B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization from a recognized University with 0-4 years of experience in a technical support role.

Candidate should be responsible for managing and resolving client queries / issues primarily through telephonic calls. Should have a solid knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP & HTTP, as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools such as traceroute, ping, and dig.

Number of posts announced are 20. Salary is INR 1,50,000 - 3,25,000 P.A. Should have excellent communication skills. Eligible candidates may report to the interview on 18-19 January 2016.

2. Excellent Windows, Mac & Linux troubleshooting ability.
3. The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
4. Excellent telephone mannerisms. Some support will be provided over the phone (via our VoIP system)
5. Must have 2-3 years previous experience in a technical support role.
