Job openings for fresher in HCL Technologies Ltd for the post of Customer Support Executive. Applicants must have completed graduation (any discipline) from a recognized university and need to have 0 to 4 years of experience in International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process.

Able to Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details.

Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments. Also should be a Confident and self-motivated with positive attitude. Should have basic knowledge of back office and customer support is desirable.

Number of posts announced are 20. Salary is INR 2,50,000 - 4,50,000 P.A. Eligible candidates may report to the interview on 6th Jan, 2016 to  10th Jan, 2016  from 10:00 am.
