Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform internet banking & monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepare full set accounting for subsidiaries & monthly reporting.
- Processing of Invoices with 100% accuracy to ensure Owner/Vendor is paid on time.
- Primary responsible for managing and processing documents of high priority Vendors and ensuring that they are handled in an exceptional way as per special terms and condition agreed.
- Responsible for Reconciliations of Balance sheet account.
- Reconciles bank statements and researches and resolves discrepancies.
- Monitors and maintains appropriate bank balances in company accounts.
- Audits related work of other personnel. • Handle petty cash payment.
- Prepare Accounts Payable aging & periodic reconciliation of vendors statement of accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors & agents pertaining payment status.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer/Senior Management.
- Deal with supplier, client, and invoice queries.
- Post all payments on Softrip (multi-currency).
- Check the group inbox and voice messages.
- Monitor bank transactions
